ALL GOODS & SERVICES SUPPLIED UNDER THESE TERMS & CLAUSES: 

There are NO guarantees whatsoever that the Printed Labels Gioia Food Products supplies you will be free of any possible errors or omissions, or that they will comply with the Labelling regulations of the ACCC, Australian Food Standards Code, or that they don’t infringe any existing lntellectual Property(IP) under the Copyright Act, Trade Marks Act, or any other applicable Statutory Acts of any Parliament, or in Common Law. You should obtain your own advice as to all possible legalities & contingencies relevant to your particular circumstances by consulting the ACCC, the Health Department of your Local City Council or the Food Authority in your state, legal advisor, Trade Mark attorney, business advisor or accountant, as applicable.
When you market products with labels approved & ordered by you, or your staff, you will be doing so with the 

 (a) full understanding, agreement & implied acceptance of the above clauses, AND 

 (b) Gioia Food Products will NOT under any circumstances be liable for any labelling infringement notices, fines, penalties, or any other form of damages or liabilities whatsoever that you may incur through the use of any labels you have Approved and Ordered.

Before  placing your Purchase Orders you must first ensure all label proofs/artwork, all Bags & any other goods you require are in fact all suitable for your intended purposes and use.
